I found him yesterday, sitting in a puddle of rainwater in a
grotty old suitcase outside an "antique shop". Surrounded by junk and tat, he just looked so
out of place - he had to come home with me!
A warm bubble bath to get rid of the grime!
Isn't he a handsome fellow?
Well, would you have left him alone, in the rain?
Love, Liz

Great post!

Amanda :-)
I would most definitely have bought him too!
Gosh no - I'd have done the same as you then he could have come to live on my dresser with the rest of my doggie collection - mine seems to feature westies and CK Stanley style terriers mainly :)
No definitely not!! He looks very handsome with his tartan bow.
He's a handsome chappie!
Oooh, he reminds me of Greyfriars Bobby :o)
Glad he came home with you.

Oh I wouldn't have been able to leave Hector behind either. No way. He's a dapper fella and looks particularly fetching in his bubble bath. x
I absolutely could not & would not leave that sweet little dog out in the rain. It broke my heart to see him in his little bubbly bath... did you talk to him as you were bathing and drying him?? I would of x
I'm really really not one for china dogs, but even I think he's cute. Good rescue and cute bubble bath pic!

No, I would not be able to leave him either. First time to see the china dog looks so comfortable in the bath p;)
Sending you lots of love and hugs from Japan, xoxo Miyako*
No I wouldn't. Absolutely not! And I'd have given him a nice bubbly bath. I might not have thought of the tartan bow though ;)
Hector is very handsome Liz. And no, I wouldn't have left him behind (especially in the rain) How could anyone resist his charming little face?
