Have a wonderful Burns night! It is Australia Day on the 26th, so all things 'Scottery' get pushed aside by the vast majority of the population (except for those of us who remember).
I'd go some black bun, if I'd remembered to get the ingredients and could find my recipe.
If it weren't summer, it would be tatties and neeps with some delicious stew of some description. :)
