Tea and interiors

I just love my new little vintage look tin which I'm using as a tea caddy.

The weather here has been awful and we suffered a bit of storm damage to our home, so I needed a bit of cheering up.

Found this new magazine - Reclaim - it has lots of great articles about upcycling and showcases some fantastic vintage furniture which has been transformed.  It has lots of photos of unusual home interiors. I just loved looking at this magazine - inspiring!

My favourite piece in the magazine is this dresser!  I don't usually go for pink, but this is just fabulous.

Love, Liz

Oh, that tin is gorgeous. I would have it on display, for sure. I found a little tin recently, too, that had to come home with me. Yours is cuter, though. lol Deb

Sorry to hear that you have suffered storm damage. I hope you have been able to sort it out quickly. The tea caddy is a lovely treat. The pink dresser looks great, I wouldn't mind that in my house.

ooh I still love a magazine for when it's pouring down outside, looks good. And agree that dresser looks fab, I'm not usually much of a fan of painted furniture.

I love your vintage tea caddy. It has some of my favourite motifs; birds, a butterfly and roses. I hope all is well with you. It has been stormy here too, but today the weather is much calmer.

I shall be keeping an eye out for the magazine - looks very interesting. Pretty little tin too. Hope you get your storm damage sorted. I have a few loose fence panels but other than that all seems to be okay.
