I Used To Be A Fairy!

I was!
Don't you believe me?
I've even got a badge to prove it!

Yes, I'm talking about the time, many years ago when I was a Brownie!

I had lots of proficiency badges too.

Clever girls, were Brownies!

Elf & Safety would have a field day!

OK, so I've proved that I was a fairy …….. what were you?

Love, Liz

I was never a Brownie, but I was a Girl Scout when I was a bit older. When I was young (Brownie age), I was part of a church girls groups and we were called "Skylarks". I still have my sash from Girl Scouting days, with all my badges. Such good memories!!!

I was an imp I think no i've checked my Brownie Guide and I was a Sprite. I loved being a Brownie and got lots of badges but remember not liking Guides because they didn't play any games. I bought a vintage Brownie Guide the other day from the 70's about the time I was a Brownie for 30p. The graphics are fab.

I always wanted to be a Brownie! But I was too old, so I became a Junior Girl Scout for 2 years instead. It was a lot of fun!

I was a gnome like Majorie, and had the huge responsibility for a 9 yr old of being a Sixer! When I graduated to the Guides I was a canary, and then a robin.Happy memories!
